Public pages and personal workspaces
The website and public church profiles and groups can be viewed by visitors. Church ownership and group membership are tied to a signed-in account. Private groups are shown only to their owner or existing members.
Personal notebooks, sermon preparations, verse notes, and unshared recordings belong to the signed-in account that created them. Public guides and the search sitemap do not publish these personal collections. Gathering bookmarks are stored in your browser.
Live sessions and devices
Guests use a display name to join an invited room. Camera and microphone start off until you enable them. The host manages admission. Session signaling and chat are stored temporarily to support the room.
Recording is optional and requires an account. Hosts and participants can choose to record using the room’s consent controls. Each saved recording belongs to the person who records it and remains private until that person creates a share link. Links can be revoked from the recording’s sharing controls.
Optional Smart Notes
The host must first allow transcription of their microphone. Each participant then independently chooses whether to turn on their private Smart Notes and which supported language to use. Audio sections are sent to Cloudflare for processing and are not saved by BiblaLive.
Shared transcripts are cleared after 24 hours when another transcription session starts. Personal notebooks and their transcript excerpts stay in your account until you delete the notebook. Guests should download their notes before leaving. Transcripts and generated notes can contain errors.
Practical privacy choices
Share invitations and recording links only with intended people. Avoid putting sensitive personal information into a public church profile, public group description, or live-session chat. Review what you record before sharing it.
No payment information is collected and no paid subscription is started by the current BiblaLive experience. Sign out on shared devices after using your account.
