Join an invitation
Choose Join a Bible Study on the home page. Enter the invitation link or six-character meeting code and your display name. Wait for the host to admit you. No participant account is required.
If a code is rejected, copy it again from the host’s current invitation and check that the room is still open. A meeting code is different from an account password.
Create an account and host
Choose Sign in / Sign up to create an account or sign in to one you already have. You need an account to create a live Bible study or save work in your personal workspace. Once signed in, choose Start a Bible Study and share the invitation.
Your account has three main workspaces: My Recordings for saved session videos, Sermons & Lessons for preparing and writing messages, and My Study Room for chapter lessons, word definitions, and private verse notes.
Check camera and microphone access
In a live room, camera and microphone begin off. Enable the one you want and accept the browser’s permission prompt. If access was blocked earlier, open the browser’s site permissions for biblalive.com and allow the device.
If the camera is busy, close other applications using it and check the device’s camera privacy controls. On a computer with more than one camera, make sure the intended device is available. Hardware and operating-system blocks must be resolved on the device.
Keep your work and recordings
Sign in to the same account when returning to private notebooks, sermon preparations, verse notes, and recordings. Keep the tab open until saving or uploading finishes. Download important work when you need a separate local copy.
Smart Notes is optional and depends on the host allowing transcription. Automated notes and captions can make mistakes. Compare important names, references, and teaching points with the original session.
